Worksop Town FC was founded in 1861 and is the world’s 4th oldest football club in the world, with a proud heritage in English football.
The club competes within the English non-league system and continues to develop as a modern, forward-thinking football environment focused on player development and performance.
With a new state-of-the-art facility, Worksop Town FC provides an elite environment for training, matches, and development.
The club also has historical links to former England international Chris Waddle, who was associated with the club during his early football journey.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Join an intensive three-week residential programme at Worksop Town designed to develop players both on and off the pitch. Combining professional coaching, competitive matches, and performance analysis, the experience focuses on improving technical ability, tactical understanding, and physical fitness. Alongside training, players benefit from workshops on nutrition, recovery, and mindset, all within a structured and supportive residential environment. Participants will stay in nearby accommodation, enjoy guided city tours, attend a professional match, and gain valuable life skills throughout the experience. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in football, accelerate your development, and experience the demands of the modern game.
Elite Football & Performance
- 18+ hours of football per week in a professional academy environment
- UEFA A-Licensed coaches delivering technical, tactical, and position-specific training
