More than just a trainer, you’ll be a trusted guide, knowing when to refer clients to specialists for expert advice. This apprenticeship is your chance to step into a career where your energy and knowledge can make a real difference, turning your love for fitness into a powerful profession.
Career Progression
Successful completion of the Personal Trainer apprenticeship formally qualifies you to work in the fitness industry and opens up a wide range of career opportunities. Initially, you will be equipped to build a strong client base and establish yourself as a respected professional within a gym or as a freelance trainer. This qualification serves as a gateway to further specialisation, allowing you to pursue advanced courses in areas such as strength and conditioning, exercise for medical referral, pre and post-natal fitness, or nutrition. For those with business ambitions, the skills learned can lead to starting your own personal training company, or progressing into management roles within a health club, such as a studio coordinator, fitness manager, or general manager. The programme also provides a solid foundation for moving into educational roles, such as becoming a tutor and assessor for the next generation of fitness professionals.
Cost
