We are delighted to introduce our partner, FITC Academy (Football in the Community), a high-quality development programme operating across Essex, London, and Suffolk since 2005. FITC’s core mission is to give every child the opportunity to play football and reach their highest potential, serving all ages and abilities through diverse programmes, including holiday camps, after-school clubs, and specialised Goalkeeping Sessions. They are most renowned for their Academy selection programme, which focuses on bridging the gap between grassroots and professional clubs, evidenced by their track record of placing over 200 players into professional club academies. All coaching staff are highly qualified with UEFA/FA certifications, ensuring a professional and supportive environment designed for serious player progression.
